Advantek Group has a robust and well-integrated Code of Conduct that provides guidelines on how we should adopt a professional behaviour when interacting with each other, our customers, acting as representatives for our clients, in the communities where we operate, and other stakeholders.
Advantek Group has implemented the Swedish law (2021:890) on the protection of individuals who report non-compliance (“Whistleblower law”) in Sweden, and the whistleblowing rules in chapter 2A of the Norwegian Working Environment Act (arbeidsmiljøloven) in Norway. The same reporting channel is used in both countries.
Our whistleblower function is a web and phone-based service that allows for anonymous reporting of suspected non-compliance with business ethics regulations or other irregularities.
The channel is open to our employees, consultants and job applicants, as well as clients, suppliers and others who work with us. Reports are handled confidentially, and both Swedish and Norwegian law protect you against retaliation when you report a concern.
If you suspect that Advantek is not meeting the requirements and want to report it, you can do so through our whistleblowing service.
