It all started in 2017, when Fredrik Alkenhoff, CEO and founder of Advantek, set out with a clear vision: to build a leading technology group that creates sustainable value for its customers through precision, quality, and a culture that establishes professional development.

What started as a small site-service company in Kristiansand, focused primarily on the Oil and Gas industry, has grown into a Nordic industrial and technology partner that contributes to technological transformation and integration of engineering services and digital solutions. Since then, Advantek Group has expanded its presence with multiple offices across the Nordic region.
We deliver Projects, Work Packages, and Local Competence by integrating our competencies within two divisions: Engineering Services (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, and Automation Engineering) and Digital Solutions (IT, Software Development, AI, and Embedded Systems).
Our core expertise lies in defence, energy, logistics, transportation and pharma. At the same time, our collective experience spans a wide range of industries, thanks to the diverse technical expertise in our team. This makes us a flexible partner, ready to create value across multiple sectors.
